Last Seen works both ways
Your own setting shapes what you see. Choose Nobody, and you won't see anyone else's Last Seen either.
Privacy in plain language
Decide who sees your Last Seen and when you're online: Everyone, My contacts, My contacts except…, or Nobody.
Restrict, gently
Slow a conversation down without shutting it out. New messages wait as quiet knocks until you're ready to review them.
Block with clarity
Stop private messages with someone. What they try to send is marked Not delivered, and only you see the block in your history.

Only people you know on ihallr can see it: someone you saved, someone you messaged, or someone who saved you and messaged you. My contacts means you've saved each other. If you choose Nobody, you won't see anyone else's Last Seen.

In ihallr, you decide who can see your Last Seen and when you're online, and the rules apply to everyone in the same way. Each option explains exactly what it does — no fine print.

Everyone, My contacts, My contacts except…, or Nobody. Last Seen and Online are set separately.

Only people you know
Even Everyone means people you're actually connected with on ihallr — never everyone on the app.

Fair in both directions
Choose Nobody and you won't see anyone else's Last Seen either. Share it again, and theirs can come back into view.

Blocking & restrictions
Two ways to set a boundary.
Some conversations need a pause; others need to stop. ihallr gives you both, and keeps a permanent record of what changed.
Restrict
A softer limit- Their new messages arrive as quiet knocks — you see when they knocked, not what they said.
- They're told their messages are arriving as knocks.
- Review & accept whenever you're ready, or keep them restricted.
- Everything already in your chat stays as it was.
Block
A firm stop- Private messages stop in both directions until you unblock.
- Anything they try to send is marked Not delivered — and stays undelivered, even if you unblock them later.
- Messages from before the block stay exactly as they were.
- Communities you share aren't affected.
A permanent record, visible to the right people.
Blocks and restrictions leave history tickets in your chat. They're a lasting reference — they don't disappear, even if you clear the chat.

Shared spaces stay shared.
Communities are ihallr's group conversations — for friends, family, teams and crews. Blocking someone applies to your private chat with them, not to the communities you're both part of.
